Reiki Principles (Gokai)

The Reiki Principles are the number 1 spiritual practice in Reiki Ryoho. They were created by the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Mikao Usui. They provide guidelines on how to extend spiritual practice beyond the Reiki practice space into every day life.  Komyo ReikiDo incorporates these teachings as they underpin our Reiki practice and way of being.
